Email for Residents that have provided email addresses Simco Mgmt.

Mail via Canada Post for those yet to provide email. 

Annual Association Fees are due April, 2025.  Payments received after June 30, 2025 are subject to 18% interest per annum.  Simco Management will notify homeowners of outstanding  payments due and initiate the collection process for homeowners in arrears.     

SIMCO MANAGEMENT - Residents Association Management Company

• Provides ongoing financial, administrative and maintenance resources.  SIMCO's Condo Control Portal is used to track queries, concerns, actions, etc. 
• Annual Residents Association Fees are paid via SIMCO's payment process.
• Sign up to SIMCO's Condo Control Portal  

• Payment is processed by Simco Management.  Annual March email includes payment details.  For direct payment, sign in to Simco's secure 'Condo Control' portal:  https://condocontrolcentral.com/securesite/login.aspx

Payment Process:

• Login
• Select "Make a Payment" tab (left side page).  Complete required fields. 
• Card Payment option: Visa, Master-Card, Visa Debit. A merchant fee is applied, paid by credit card holder.   
• Personal Cheque option: Send to Simco Management

  • Payable to:  Cascades in Royal Oak Association
  • (include home address on cheque)

On behalf of the Cascades Board, a warm welcome to all Residents.   We want everyone to take pride and enjoy the benefits of our wonderful community.   This website shares community information and upcoming events occurring during the year.  

As a Cascades resident, we encourage you to Register as a Member to view this site's detailed information.  General Public viewers see this page only.  

The Board is elected yearly at the AGM.   They guide, offer support to the maintenance and management of properties owned by Association. Public properties, playgrounds, recreational areas are responsibility of the City of Calgary and public property concerns should be directed via 311.
